Why Should You Join the Union?

There are many benefits to being a part of your local union. Many of these benefits are financial, but some are also personal. Not only do we work to give you protection on the job and better quality work conditions, DTA works to connect you with fellow educators and create a system of support where you feel engaged in the community. Sometimes we celebrate victories together. Sometimes we plan important actions for our future.
