Contract Maintenance

Contract maintenance is the process by which the association and the district fulfill their roles as guardians of the contract. When issues arise, we determine whether or not the contract has been upheld or violated. If it is violated, we try to resolve that informally. If that is not successful, we can initiate the formal grievance process.
