Staff are invited to participate in a biweekly group facilitated by an EAP mental health clinician. The group offers an opportunity to process and share challenges, successes, coping strategies, and approaches for optimizing wellness and a healthy work-life balance. This is a confidential group – what is shared in the group stays in the group in order for all to feel comfortable sharing openly.
The group will meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month (when we are in session) from 3:45 – 4:45 p.m. beginning on September 11 through May 28. The group will meet at the same school for four sessions and then rotate to three other sites over the course of the year. The first rotation will be at Birch Lane Elementary School. Folks are welcome to attend one time, all of the time or anything in between. No registration is required.
